Frontline Kitchen
Volunteers cooking on the line

Make a difference in a
matter of days

No experience required. We train you, kit you out, and put you on a roster. When the call comes, you cook, drive, and serve alongside the crews working the scene.

Pick your spot
on the line

Five roles on every deployment. You will train on all of them and get assigned by the lead when the order goes out.

01

Meal Prep

Knife out, burners on. You turn a trailer into a kitchen that feeds fifty in an hour.

02

Distribution

Plates into hands. You are the face a crew sees on their first break in twelve hours.

03

Hydration

Water, coffee, electrolytes. Unglamorous, and the thing everyone remembers.

04

Logistics Runner

Move gear, restock the line, keep the flow alive. If it needs to get somewhere, you get it there.

05

Clean-Up

The scene resets because of you. Last on the line, first to leave it better.

A deployment,
start to finish

Twelve hours, give or take. Here is what it looks like from your side.

Before

Text alert hits. You confirm, roll to HQ, and sit the safety brief.

During

Stay with your team. Follow the lead. Take breaks when told. Serve calm.

After

Break down, ride back, debrief. Say what worked and what didn’t.

Rules to follow

We run a real operation on real scenes. The rules are short because they are not negotiable.

Crisis volunteers complete a background check. Closed-toe shoes on every shift. Give 24 hours notice if you have to drop a community shift. Everything else is in the manual you get after you are accepted.

01

Respect

Responders, families, each other. No exceptions.

02

Confidentiality

What you hear on scene stays on scene.

03

Safety first

If it feels wrong, tell a lead. Immediately.

04

No photos

Not on deployment. Ever. The story is not ours to take.

Zero to rostered in four steps

Most people are on the roster within a month. Nobody arrives at a scene untrained.

01

Apply

Availability, skills, and any certifications you already hold.

02

Orientation

What we do, who we serve, and how a deployment is run.

03

Safety training

Food handling, scene awareness, and the chain of command.

04

On the roster

You are called by role when a deployment order goes out.

Get on the roster

Cook, drive, load, run. Tell us what you can do and when you can be reached. We take it from there.
